Chirundu District has Mpox Outbreak. This was confirmed on 30th June 2025 when Positive results were received from ZNPHI Laboratory. One case in admission and one community isolation. Cumulative number of cases is 2. No death recorded so far. Risk Communication, Community engagement, Stakeholder participation, Surveillance and Contact tracing in progress.
